A Relatively Pointless Post

2. This place called the Flashback Diner has the best macaroni and cheese I have ever eaten, ever. EVER. It was like... heaven-sent.

3. Mercutio in Romeo + Juliet, the movie. The one with Leonardo DiCapulet. I mean Montague. The actor's name is Harold Perrineau and this is his imdb page. He's the greatest.



4. Tracy Morgan is hosting SNL this week. I don't know about you, but I'm excited.

Today was good because it's about to be yesterday.

This morning I woke up, looked at my unfinished work, and died. Then I woke up later, did some but not all of it, had a horrible stomach ache, and then died again. However, this time, in my death I was driven to school for 7th period. English. The dreaded Romeo and Juliet test. I turned in my unfinished work and prepared for the journey I had been anticipating. The multiple choice wasn't that bad, but the major essay took me forever so I was unable to properly do the other shorter essays.

Although I have a ton of work for tonight, I am free. The last B day before FCAT is over, and now I can relax, enjoy the A day Friday, and bask in the glow of the pointless experience known as FCAT.

Tonight I hope I can make it to Maggie Moo's for some cancer-fighting ice cream. Relay For Life is sponsoring/hosting an event where if you buy ice cream between 6 and 8, some or all of the money goes to kicking cancer where it hurts.


Now I will describe to you an experience that I experienced on my walk home from the bus stop. I was a few houses away from my house and a really adorable, medium-sized black and tan cat was standing in one of the driveways across the street. I stopped and looked at it, and instead of running away, it took a step towards me, kind of hesitantly. It made a really amazingly priceless "mew" and I said "meoww" and it kept walking towards me. I knelt to the ground and got closer slowly, and it walked to me and finally I put my hand out and it sniffed my fingers and rubbed its head across them. I started to pet it, and it rubbed against my leg, making a figure 8 between my feet. Now, I know I'm not supposed to touch strange animals, but this cat had a red collar and was the sweetest and most adorable cat on earth, and it was so friendly to me, a complete stranger. As I said goodbye and walked toward my house, I looked back and it was staring at me. I wonder if (s)he'll remember me tomorrow if I see it again.

Super Mega Ultra Jam-Packed Post of Wonders

Today was not the best day, however I was feeling very inspired and consequently very antsy in all of my classes. I had two tests and an English presentation today, not so fun at all. On the bus home from school, I wrote down on a piece of paper all of the things I would write in my blog today, so here they are.

1) The Weather
In FL there are generally three kinds of weather: unbearably humid and hot, relatively frozen and tundra-like, and a nice peaceful kind of inbetween that feels like a little bit of heaven sprinkled down. This morning was completely frozos. I hated it. I have no idea how I could go to a school farther North than like... Ecuador. But then when I was walking home from my bus stop today, it warmed up a little and felt very nice and chilly and refreshing.


2) My Agenda
I LOST MY AGENDA. MY PLANNER. MY DATEBOOK. MY LIFE. KILL ME. ALSO IT HAD A PICTURE INSIDE OF IT OF MY BIRTHDAY PARTY. AGAIN, KILL ME.


3) Algebra II Post-Test Doodles
After my Ch.9 test in Alg II Hon today, I doodled on the scrap paper we were given. Here are some:





As you can see, I drew several cacti. At first they were normal cacti. Then they kind of shifted to being more McPedro-esque. <-- That's a link to a webcomic I like a lot.


4) Failure
I tried to see if I could put my English project on here, but it's a DVD so it won't let me. Sorry, guyz.


5) YESSSS
During one group's English presentation, the word "EXTERMINATE!!!" was on the board. So I said "BURNINATE!" and then my English teacher started singing "TROGDORRRRRRRRRRRRR" and Amanda and I almost DIED. Like can humans get any more amazing than that?! No, the answer is they cannot.


Hopefully this post is as calcium-enriched as I planned. If not, I will definitely barf and then cry.
